
HausVorteil AG (Ticker: KA1 / ISIN: DE000A31C222) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, HV GenerationsKapital GmbH, has successfully issued the "HV GenerationsKapital 2026" bond and has commenced the subscription period.
The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has approved the corresponding securities information sheet (Wertpapierinformationsblatt – WIB) in accordance with Section 4 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz). This fulfills the requirements for the public offering of the bonds.
The "HV GenerationsKapital 2026" bond is a fixed-interest bearer bond with a maturity until March 31, 2036 and a fixed annual interest rate of 3.80% p.a. The bond is secured by first-ranking mortgages on real estate amounting to at least 75% of the outstanding nominal value.
The total issuance volume amounts to up to EUR 8,000,000, divided into bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each. The minimum subscription amount is EUR 10,000.
Subscription of the bond is now available online. The placement is carried out entirely digitally via the issuer's subscription platform.
The net proceeds from the issuance will be used to acquire residential real estate within the framework of equity release models. The objective is to build a diversified real estate portfolio in which the former owners continue to reside in the properties as users.
