Portfolio Development

HausVorteil invests primarily in owner-occupied residential properties - including single-family and two-family homes, condominiums, and residential land - across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Depending on market conditions and acquisition profiles, assets are either held long term for value appreciation or strategically divested following targeted development measures.

Acquisitions are financed through a balanced mix of bank loans, equity capital, and alternative financing structures. Each property is individually financed within framework agreements, secured by first-ranking land charges in favor of partner banks - ensuring transparency, control, and capital efficiency.
