This fulfills the requirements for the public offering of the bonds.</p><p><br/></p><p>The &quot;<span style="font-weight:bold;">HV GenerationsKapital 2026</span>&quot; bond is a fixed-interest bearer bond with a maturity until March 31, 2036 and a fixed annual interest rate of 3.80% p.a. The bond is secured by first-ranking mortgages on real estate amounting to at least 75% of the outstanding nominal value.</p><p>The total issuance volume amounts to up to EUR 8,000,000, divided into bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each.
