Januar 2026</span></b><span> – Die HausVorteil AG gibt bekannt, dass die im Handelsregister am 12. Dezember 2025 eingetragene Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlagen vollständig durchgeführt und abgeschlossen wurde.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der HausVorteil AG vom 28. August 2025 hatte beschlossen, das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft um EUR 55.806,00 durch Ausgabe von 55.806 neuen auf den Namen lautenden Stückaktien von EUR 1.950.368,00 auf EUR 2.006.174,00 zu erhöhen, sowie die entsprechende Änderung der Satzung in § 5 Abs. 1 vorzunehmen.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Die im Rahmen dieser Kapitalerhöhung neu geschaffenen Aktien wurden inzwischen verbrieft und den anspruchsberechtigten Aktionären ordnungsgemäß zugeteilt und ausgegeben. Mit der Ausgabe der Aktien ist die Kapitalerhöhung wirksam umgesetzt und vollständig abgeschlossen.</span></p></div><p style="text-align:justify;"><span></span></p></div><p></p></div>
